Participant: Kevin Makarawung (bass, Indonesia)

Kevin Yosua is a double bass and electric bass player from Cirebon, Indonesia. He studied music at Conservatory of Music Universitas Pelita Harapan, receiving a degree in contemporary performance in 2012. Together with his group, Hemiola Quartet, he has released an album titled «Oddventure» and wrote some music for it.
Along the way of his musical career, he got influenced and inspired by some great jazz musicians such as Ray Brown, Christian Mcbride, Jaco Pastorius ....He has worked alongside many great jazz musicians in Indonesia such as Elfa Zulham, Robert Mulyarahardja, Johanes Radianto, Sandy Winarta, Shadow Puppets Quartet, and many more.
