“Alexander Pasechnik graduated from music school, then mainstream department of Grodno University. For 7 years worked in the Big-band of the local Philharmonic, playing in a symphony orchestra at the same time. I was offered to work a musician on the ship, and couldn’t refuse this proposition, because I wanted to work with different musicians from various countries. I worked for 6 years on the ship. It is required by the profession to play in different styles. But Jazz attracts me most of all.”
