Israeli guitarist with Moroccan origins. Initiator of a special project called Putty Buff where he combined Moroccan music with B-Pop music, all Meir original wrote. Also Meir participated in Le Turiga Festival in Jerusalem, Israel Festival, the Dead Sea Festival, JVC Festival.
He studied at Berkley, his teachers were Jane Brtochony, Atilla Zuller and Wilkenes Jeak.

 

Made his living from jazz playing in New York and played with the famous guitar player George Benson, who had a great influence on him. Meir also played guitar with other famous guitarists as Bobby Watson, Teed Carson, Lou Donaldson, Grady Tate, Victor Jones, Ran Breton, Gill Kings, Victor Poniard and Frank Wess.

 

Released the album in which recording another finalist of Master-Jam Festival Jay Rodriguez took part.
