"I play my voice. My focus is on crafting lush Sounding, Freewheeling Improvisation, Jazz scatting, Electronic Sound effects within the Interdependent Synergy of Space + Silence + Sounds + Style
MY EXPERIENCE IN JAZZ: 1. I have for more then 12 years entertained multicultural communities of Passengers on board Crew Liners of many International Cruise companies including P&O Cruises, Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, Travelscope Holidays etc, providing either 5star Jazz Lounge entertainment or Cabaret services.
2. Throughout many creative years on professional Music Education Market of former USSR I have performed on many international Jazz Festivals in Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, and Italy.
3. With solid experience in Jazz Education, touring Jazz Festivals and performing with many exciting Jazz Names I have now settled down in Sydney and am looking for creative ways to servicing Australian Community and local Jazz Market to the best of my professional music abilities.
MY SOUNDING: I place an extreme importance and a profound value onto professional, high quality sounding, and therefore have fully equipped my music expressions with latest in sound creation technology toys.
I am currently and further developing my music career on the Australian Jazz Market. What I have experienced so far through visiting many performances, Jazz Jams, Graduation Recitals etc, performing at Jazz Festivals; Jazz Voicing in Australia needs to get out of traditional stereotype. Jazz Voicing needs to step towards intelligent musicianship and alternative styling. Voice must be professionally played on equal and interdependent levels with any other music instruments in Jazz.
Scatting and art of free voice improvisations must be professionally taught, developed and supported on any levels of music development.
My mission is to break all possible stereotypes in considering Jazz voicing a “second class” music intelligence and to deliver UNIQUE perception on Jazz Voice Possibilities.”
